Manhattanville College’s   Women’s Leadership Institute , as part of the School of Business, hosted a panel discussion featuring powerful women on April 14. Moderated by News 12 Westchester’s anchor Janine Rose, the conference’s title was “Being The Boss.” The panelists included Maria Imperial, CEO of the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester; Clare Le Gal, VP Fraud Intelligence & Reduction Solutions at MasterCard; Jackelyn Melia, employee benefits manager at USI; and Fabienne Fredrickson, founder of the Client Attraction Business School.

Working with an advisory board made up of CEO’s from foremost nonprofit agencies, The Manhattanville School of Business has shaped a one-of-a-kind program that addresses the specific needs of our nonprofit landscape and provides key strategies for building higher performing, more transparent organizations. Register for any individual module or all 5 modules for the program certificate. Those who complete all 5 modules are also eligible to receive advanced standing in the M.S. in Business Leadership degree at Manhattanville College. Each four session module follows a convenient hybrid format and specifically designed so that participants do not lose a lot of work time. The Women’s Leadership Institute will also host its first annual  Women’s Conference  on Wednesday, June 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring  keynote speakers   Dr. Patricia Galloway , president and CEO of Pegasus Global Holdings, Inc. and  Vicki Escarra , global CEO, Opportunity International. The full-day summit will also include workshops, a panel discussion, networking, action planning, and a continental breakfast and lunch.
